Level 3: Tucks Class

Welcome to the Level 3 Tumbling: Tucks class! In this class, we will focus on mastering intermediate tumbling skills with specific focus on level 3 cheer tumbling skills like front tucks, running back tucks and aerials. Once athletes have acquired skills, we will work on connecting level 3 tumbling skills for longer tumbling passes. Our experienced coaches will guide you through step-by-step drills and progressions to help you build strength, flexibility, and technique.

Before joining, athletes must have completed our Level 1 tumbling class or demonstrate the ability to perform a front walkover + round off + back handspring + back handspring with good form and back walkover + back handspring with good form - both without assistance on the spring floor. Athletes in this class are assessed on a monthly basis for new skills and possible class promotion. Athletes who can complete all the following individual skills: front tucks, round off + back handspring + back tuck, and aerial AND can connect 2+ level 3 standing skills and 3+ level 3 running skills with strong technique and timing, will be promoted to the Level 4: Layouts Class.
