Half Year Prep Team, where the path to excellence in competitive all-star cheer begins! This dynamic program is designed for enthusiastic athletes ready to take the next step in their cheerleading journey. With twice-weekly practices, our dedicated team will focus on refining essential cheer skills, including stunting, tumbling, jumps, and cheer choreography. Our top-notch facility provides the perfect environment for athletes to thrive, and our experienced coaches are committed to fostering both individual growth and team unity.

Beyond skills training, the Half Year Prep Team is an opportunity to forge lasting friendships. As part of the Empire family, participants will engage in friendly competition by attending events alongside other Empire teams, experiencing the exhilaration of showcasing their talents at two carefully selected competitions and one gym showcase in the Twin Cities area this spring.
