LEVEL 0 TUMBLING

No Experience Necessary. In Level 0 tumbling class, we will break skills into progressions that push our bodies in fun and healthy ways!  Athletes will work on strength, flexibility and foundational skills like forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, back bends and handstands. Athletes will learn basic terminology used in tumbling.

Do you have a kiddo begging to flip, but concerned about safety? We understand! Our beginner classes work on the basic skills and shapes required to someday safely complete flips in all kinds of environments. These elements are introduced as athletes graduate from these courses.

Level 0 Options:

 

Level 0 Tumbling: Kinder - Athletes age 5 and 6 will work on beginner skills in a low-key environment that focuses on progressions that encourage athletes to explore moving their body through space.  Our expert coaches are specially trained to work with lower elementary aged athletes and class is structured to keep them moving! Kinder class is 45 minutes, once per week and has a lower athlete to coach ratio than our tranditional level 0 class.

Level 0: Kinder Class meets Wednesday 6pm - 6:45pm

Level 0 Tumbling: Beginner - Athletes age 7+ will work on beginner skills in a low-key environment that focuses on progressions that will keep them progressing at their own pace. Our expert coaches uses effective drills to master tumbling skills.  Beginner class is 55 minutes, once per week.

Level 0: Beginner Class meets Monday 7pm OR Thursday 5pm
