SUMMER AT EMPIRE
Empire offers full day, week-long camps, shorter skill intensives, 1/2 and single day experiences during summer 2023.

FULL DAY CAMPS
Join us for a fantastic 4 - 5 day camp to keep your athletes moving and learning! We offer both cheer & tumbling camps to meet everyone's needs. All camps will include:
Proper Warm Up - Stretching 
-Tumbling Drills & Progressions -Strength & Conditioning - Jumps - Trampoline - Games
Other portions of camp will be filled with activities based on the theme of the week! Athletes will play games and create diy projects, arts & crafts!
Camp Empire Schedule 2023
Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4pm, unless otherwise noted
Week 1 - June 26 All Star Squad
develop skills as a member of our cheer squad! work w/fellow campers to perform a routine for supporters on Thurs afternoon!
Week 2 - July 10 Tik Tok Trends & DIY Everything
learn dances, work on challenges, try lots of take home crafts, create your own stunts, and more!
Week 3 - July 17 Valley Fair Squad*
5-day camp, Fri, 7/21 we will meet at Valley Fair for the day to perform the routine we learned this week!
VF day will last from 8:30am - 4pm with drop off and pick up time at Valley Fair
Week 4 - August 14 Tumbling, Acro & Trampoline ONLY
camp this week includes acro class & extra tumbling/trampoline instead of stunting and cheer!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Camp Empire Full Day Camps 8:30am - 4pm (Monday - Thursday)
Age 5 - 14
Cost $200/week
Camp Policies: Bring snacks, lunch and plenty of water for each day. Vending machines and water fountains are NOT available on site. Please wear comfortable clothing, socks and athletic/tennis shoes with hair up and out of the face. No buttons, zippers or jewelry allowed. If your child has medical needs or allergies please make notation on your account under “Medical”. Empire All-Stars is not responsible for any lost items. No transfers, athlete switches, make-ups or refunds. We must have at least 6 campers for camp to run. Any camp that does not run due to low enrollment will have tuition refunded.

American Girl Squad

Bring your favorite doll! Jump on the trampoline, learn stunting, tumble & create a craft together!
Princess Elite
August 16
Learn all your favorite cheer moves and create a royal craft. A famous Princess will stop by for snack & story time together!

Join us for a fantastic 3-day intensives to master old skills & learn new ones! All intensives will include:

Other portions of camp will be filled with activities based on the theme of the intensive! These are experiences on goal setting and skill mastery/execution.

July 11 - 13
master body positions, develop deeper flexibility, strengthen core, and learn correct twisting technique
Beginner - Level 1 Tumbling
August 22 - 24 (1 - 2:30pm)
athletes will drill fundamental skills and technique, until they are ready to perform independently
no experience necessary
Level 4 Tumbling: Layouts, Whips, and Twists
August 15 - 17
athletes will drill skill appropriate shapes and technique, until they are ready to perform independently
must have independent round off hand layout, whipe or twist on the spring floor

Conditioning & Stretch: 3:40 - 4:00pm
